Does your dog pull on the lead, ignore other dogs or come home restless even after a walk? That is what we solve.
At Harmony Tails, Paula and Pietro bring genuine passion and real results to every outing. Each walk is structured to build leash manners, social confidence and true pack harmony. Same two people, every single day.
Mon · Tue · Wed · Sydney Park and Callan Park · Max 5 dogs per group
Most dog walking services offer exercise. We offer transformation.
You spend money on walks and your dog still pulls, barks at other dogs or bounces off the walls when you get home. The problem is not the walk. It is what happens during the walk.
Harmony Tails walks are purposefully structured around four pillars that create real, lasting change in your dog's behaviour and confidence.
Every Harmony Tails walk actively reinforces loose-lead walking. No pulling, no lunging, every single session.
Our structured group matching and controlled socialisation helps even the most reactive dogs learn calm, confident responses.
Real-time updates and photos are shared in your walk group's dedicated WhatsApp group so you always know where your dog is and how they are going.
Consistency is the secret ingredient. Same days, same times, same people — your dog always knows what to expect and that predictability builds confidence.
A full three-hour structured experience at Sydney Park. Leash work, socialisation, terrain exploration and pack harmony in one of Sydney's finest off-lead spaces.
Three hours along the water's edge at Callan Park in Rozelle. A calmer setting ideal for focus work, leash manners and deliberate socialisation.
One-on-one dedicated attention for dogs that need targeted work, rehabilitation or simply prefer their own space. Times arranged directly each week.
Every service includes our structured approach, WhatsApp walk updates, photos and a behaviour report. This is not just exercise — it is professional development for your dog.

These are not random locations. Each park was selected for its terrain, off-lead areas and the development opportunities it provides for our dogs.

Every walk at Harmony Tails is built around a clear purpose. We work on four things that matter during every single session.
These four pillars work together to create a calmer, more balanced and better-behaved dog. Our clients notice the difference within weeks.
Putting the wrong dog in the wrong group helps no one. That is why we take time to truly understand your dog before anything else.
We observe their energy, social style, triggers and strengths. This careful matching is how every group stays harmonious and every dog gets the environment they need to grow.
You share your dog's history, needs and anything important we should know so we arrive fully prepared.
We meet you and your dog in person. We observe temperament, leash behaviour, energy and social responses first-hand.
We place your dog in the group that best fits their social style, energy level and developmental needs.
Your dog joins their matched group with close supervision. You receive a full first-walk report the same day.
Gentler paces and calmer environments. Perfect for nervous, reactive or newly adopted dogs building their foundations.
Higher energy and longer routes. For dogs with solid foundations ready to thrive in a dynamic pack setting.
One-on-one attention for dogs needing targeted training, rehabilitation or who prefer their own space.
Knowing your dog had a good time is nice. Knowing exactly how they behaved, what improved and what to practice at home is something else entirely.
That is what Harmony Tails delivers after every session. We treat you as a partner in your dog's development, not just as a client.
A written summary of leash behaviour, social interactions, energy and notable moments from the session.
Live updates and photos shared in your walk group's dedicated WhatsApp throughout every session.
Personalised games, exercises and enrichment ideas for you to continue development at home between walks.
Reports build a clear picture of your dog's growth. Real, measurable change in confidence and behaviour.
Peace of mind is not a luxury. It is part of the service.
Each walk group has its own dedicated WhatsApp group. We share real-time updates, photos and messages throughout every session so you always feel connected.
Your dog does not build trust with a stranger they meet once a week. They build trust through repetition, familiarity and genuine connection.
Harmony Tails is a small, intentional business run by Paula and Pietro. We will never send a substitute, hire a casual walker or hand your dog to someone they have never met.
The same two people your dog builds a real bond with
Same days, same times, building real confidence
Small business means every single dog truly matters
Structured walks creating lasting behavioural change
Studying to become a certified dog behaviourist
We did not stumble into this. We chose it, built it and show up for it every single day.
We are Paula and Pietro, a Brazilian couple who moved to Sydney in August 2024 and have been fully immersed in animal care ever since. Since arriving we have looked after over 23 homes, 30 dogs and countless cats.
Paula is studying to become a certified dog behaviourist and brings deep knowledge of animal psychology to every walk. Pietro combines a calm, grounded energy with genuine love for animals that dogs respond to immediately. Together we are a team that dogs trust and owners rely on.
We have helped many dogs overcome anxiety, reactivity and unwanted behaviour. Not through force, but through consistency, patience and real understanding of how dogs think and learn.
Every photo tells the story of a dog that is being truly cared for. See more videos and photos from our walks by clicking below.
These are words written by the people who trusted us with their dogs and came back to do it again.
"Jax is a large Shepherd and can be reactive, so it was wonderful seeing regular photos of him out and about, so expertly handled. I felt so confident in how they cared for him. Their communication was excellent."
"Hampi used to pull on the leash and was reactive with other dogs. After five weeks with Paula and Pietro he can now walk off-leash and no longer requires anxiety medication. Truly remarkable results."
"They went above and beyond helping April with her anxiousness with other dogs. They sent photos and videos of her interacting with other dogs on walks. This speaks to how much they bonded with her."
"We received regular video and text updates via our chat group, allowing us to relax knowing the dogs were in good hands. They demonstrated a high level of care, especially for our older dog."
"Being away from home quite often for business trips it was a relief to find reliable, caring people for my dog Honey. Their genuine love for animals and organising skills were fantastic."
"Paula and Pietro are a delightful and trustworthy couple who exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Their positive attitude and genuine kindness made our entire experience worry-free."
